1Our services

Alpha Tow Truck Services provides towing, roadside assistance, recovery, and related vehicle transportation services throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth (DFW) Metroplex and surrounding areas.

Services may include:

• Emergency towing
• Wrecker and vehicle recovery
• Flatbed towing
• Heavy-duty towing
• RV towing
• Motorcycle towing
• Box truck towing
• Long-distance towing
• Flat tire assistance
• Battery jump starts
• Fuel delivery
• Vehicle lockout assistance
• Other roadside assistance services

Service availability depends on the vehicle, location, equipment required, road conditions, traffic, weather, safety considerations, and availability of an appropriately equipped truck or service provider.

Alpha may determine that a requested service requires different equipment or a different type of response than initially requested.

2Service area

Alpha primarily serves customers throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex, including Dallas, Plano, Garland, Irving, Rowlett, Mesquite, McKinney, Richardson, and surrounding DFW areas.

Coverage outside our primary service area may be available depending on the location, service requested, equipment requirements, and dispatch availability.

Submitting a request through the Website does not guarantee that Alpha can provide service at every location.

Our dispatcher will confirm service availability for the specific location and service requested.

3Service requests

You may request service by phone, online form, email, or another communication method made available by Alpha.

When requesting service, you agree to provide accurate and complete information, including, where applicable:

• Your name
• Phone number
• Email address
• Current location
• Pickup location
• Destination
• Vehicle type
• Vehicle condition
• Requested service
• Relevant information about the breakdown, accident, or roadside situation

Providing inaccurate or incomplete information may affect dispatch, equipment selection, service time, or pricing.

If important information changes after you submit a request, you should notify our dispatcher as soon as possible.

4Quotes and pricing

When applicable, Alpha may provide a quote or estimated price before dispatch.

A quoted price may depend on information provided by the customer, including the vehicle type, service requested, pickup location, destination, vehicle condition, and other relevant circumstances.

If the circumstances of the service materially differ from the information originally provided, the final price may change.

Additional services, changes in destination, unusual recovery requirements, extended waiting time, special equipment, additional labor, or other circumstances may result in additional charges when applicable.

Where applicable, Alpha will communicate material pricing changes before performing additional chargeable work.

A quote provided through the Website or by phone is not necessarily a binding contract unless expressly confirmed as such by Alpha.

5Dispatch and estimated arrival times

Alpha provides 24/7 dispatch for towing and roadside assistance requests. The Website currently states that online requests are typically confirmed within approximately five minutes and that estimated arrival times are generally in the 30–60 minute range.

Actual dispatch and arrival times may be affected by:

• Traffic
• Weather
• Road closures
• Accidents
• Vehicle availability
• Distance
• Service complexity
• Equipment requirements
• Emergency conditions
• Safety conditions
• Unexpected delays involving another service call

Alpha will make reasonable efforts to coordinate service as promptly as practical under the circumstances.

6Customer authorization

By requesting a service, you represent that:

• You are the vehicle owner or are authorized by the vehicle owner or lawful custodian to request the service; or
• You otherwise have lawful authority to request the service.

You are responsible for providing accurate information regarding your authority to request towing, recovery, transportation, or roadside assistance.

Alpha may request proof of ownership, authorization, identification, registration, insurance information, or other documentation when reasonably necessary.

Alpha may refuse or delay a service when required information or authorization cannot be reasonably established.

7Vehicle condition and personal property

You are responsible for removing personal belongings, valuables, documents, electronic devices, and other items from your vehicle before towing or transportation whenever reasonably possible.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, Alpha is not responsible for personal property left inside a vehicle that is lost, damaged, or removed during towing, recovery, transportation, or storage.

You should inform the dispatcher or driver about known vehicle conditions, modifications, damage, mechanical problems, disabled wheels, lowered suspension, special equipment, or other circumstances that could affect towing or recovery.

8Pre-existing damage

Customers should identify and disclose known damage to the vehicle before service begins whenever reasonably possible.

Existing damage should be documented before towing or transportation when circumstances permit.

Alpha is not responsible for damage that existed before the requested service began.

Where reasonably possible, Alpha or its service personnel may document the condition of the vehicle before or during service.

9Towing and recovery conditions

Towing and vehicle recovery may involve conditions that present inherent risks, including disabled vehicles, damaged vehicles, roadside hazards, traffic, uneven surfaces, weather conditions, mechanical failures, vehicle instability, and limited access.

Alpha may determine the safest reasonably available method and equipment for performing a service.

If a requested method is unsafe, unsuitable for the vehicle, or inconsistent with applicable requirements, Alpha may recommend an alternative method or decline the service.

For recovery operations, additional equipment, labor, or specialized services may be required depending on the circumstances.

10Roadside assistance

Roadside assistance services are intended to address specific roadside situations and may include services such as jump starts, flat tire assistance, fuel delivery, vehicle lockout assistance, and other services offered by Alpha.

The availability and success of a roadside service cannot be guaranteed in every situation.

For example, a jump start may not resolve a vehicle that has a failed alternator, starter, electrical system, or other mechanical problem.

If roadside assistance cannot safely resolve the issue, towing may be recommended.

11Vehicle lockout services

For vehicle lockout services, you represent that you have lawful authority to access the vehicle.

Alpha may request identification, registration, proof of ownership, or other reasonable evidence of authorization before performing a lockout service.

Alpha may refuse service where authorization cannot reasonably be established or where attempting entry may create an unreasonable risk of damage or safety concerns.

12Payment

Payment is due according to the payment terms communicated by Alpha at the time of service.

Accepted payment methods may vary.

You agree to provide accurate payment information and to pay all agreed or legally applicable charges associated with the services you request.

For commercial, fleet, or recurring customers, separate written account terms may apply.

If a separate written agreement exists between Alpha and a customer, that agreement may control where its terms conflict with these Website Terms.

13Cancellations and changes to service requests

If you no longer need a requested service, you should contact Alpha as soon as possible to cancel the request.

You should also notify Alpha promptly if:

• Your location changes
• Your destination changes
• Your vehicle becomes operational
• Another towing company has been dispatched
• The requested service changes
• The vehicle is no longer accessible
• The vehicle has been moved

Any applicable cancellation, dispatch, waiting, or service charges will depend on the circumstances and applicable law and will be communicated when applicable.

14Customer responsibilities

When requesting or receiving services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information
• Provide a safe and reasonably accessible location when possible
• Disclose known vehicle conditions that may affect service
• Remain available for necessary communication
• Follow reasonable safety instructions from dispatch personnel or drivers
• Provide required authorization or documentation
• Pay applicable service charges
• Avoid placing yourself, the driver, or others in an unsafe situation

15Emergency situations

Alpha provides towing and roadside services but is not a substitute for police, fire, ambulance, or other emergency services.

Once the immediate emergency has been addressed, Alpha may assist with towing or roadside needs when appropriate.

16Third-party services

Alpha may, when appropriate, coordinate with or use third-party service providers, subcontractors, equipment operators, repair facilities, storage facilities, or other businesses to assist with a requested service.

Where a third party performs a portion of the requested service, that service may also be subject to the third party's own terms and conditions.

Alpha will make reasonable efforts to coordinate requested services, but the availability and performance of third-party providers may be outside Alpha's direct control.

17Website use

You may use the Website for lawful purposes only.

You agree not to:

• Use the Website for fraudulent or unlawful activities
• Submit false or misleading information
• Attempt to interfere with Website functionality
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to Website systems
• Introduce malicious software or harmful code

22Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive or limit liability that cannot legally be waived or limited under applicable law.

Any claim relating to a specific towing, recovery, transportation, or roadside service may also be subject to the applicable service documentation, invoice, written agreement, and Texas law.

23Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Alpha Tow Truck Services and its owners, employees, contractors, drivers, and service providers from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from:
